Posting Feedback

Why leave feedback? To express appreciation (or dissatisfaction) regarding a buyer's (or seller's) service, behavior and product quality. Moreover, it helps build public confidence in a particular seller or buyer, and marginalizes those that constantly deliver bad services or do not pay.

There are three types of feedback:

  • Positive
  • Negative
  • Neutral

The posting feedback process is identical for both transaction partners (buyer and seller).

Go to the Feedback (Home -> Members Area -> Feedback Received) menu:

Select, from the Pending Feedback section, the products for which to leave feedback:

Click Leave Feedback. The next screen will ask to select the type of feedback (Positive, Negative or Neutral) and to comment on the overall experience of the transaction.

Important: Unless completing the Comments field, feedback won't be posted.

The final screen will display a message confirming the posting of the feedback and the updated reputation (rank) of the buyer.
