Select an invoice from My Sales (Home -> Member Areas -> Selling -> My Sales) and open the Update Shipping & Payment Details menu:

Shipping Status
Provide info regarding the status of an order.
- Processing
- Posted / Sent
- Problem
- N/A
Enter Tracking Link (optional)
Enter the url for the tracking code.
